SHIPMENT POLICY
1. We ship Pan INDIA.
2. All our shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number,
and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment.
3. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services, moreover if needed, you are responsible for picking up your item at your nearest post office.
CARE AND POLISH POLICY
1. Perfumes, soap, strong chemicals and excessive humidity are harsh not just for your jewelry, but also for your skin! Best to avoid or at least limit direct contact with them..
2. All our Jewelry are Rhodium coated to maintain its shine for a long time but still the life of coating may vary from each person’s use style.
3. We will not be held responsible for Polish and shine as use of substances like perfumes and oils may damage coating and Life of coating is also varied by each person’s sweat and environment moisture.
4. We advice you to keep jewelry in a safe zip-lock after every use to prevent it and Last long.Β
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange or return may be made 7 days from the day of receiving the item, along with the tax invoice receipt.
2. For return and exchange (only in case of damaged delivery or misplaced item) a reverse pickup would be arranged, also you can send the order back to our premises. A video record would be required for the same to justify.
